Shipping

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. We only ship within the USA at this time. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Ordered the wrong size? Returns can be made within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached.

You are responsible to pay the returns shipping, but exchange will be sent out at no extra cost. Once we recieve your package, refunds will be credited to your  original form of  payment. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card estatement. Exchanges will be sent out within 1-2 business days. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable return as Global Artisan Inspirations is not responsible for lost packages.

 

If you recieve an ítem that was damage in shipping, please email a photo of the ítem toinfo@globalartisaninspirations.com and we will refun or remplace the item for you.
